How it works

From first call to a plan that changes with you.

Everything runs through telehealth. Lab work happens locally. Your plan is built around your goals and results and adjusted as they change, overseen by licensed medical professionals, with prescribing decisions made by appropriately licensed providers.

01

Complete your new patient intake

Tell us your goals and health history on Vivo's secure intake form, and the team follows up about your initial consultation. Getting started includes a $200 onboarding and initial consultation fee. Just have a question first? Text the team or send it through the contact form.

02

Comprehensive lab work

Vivo can order your labs, or you can bring recent blood work. What gets tested depends on you, and may include hormone, thyroid, metabolic and lipid markers, iron status, and liver and kidney health.

03

Review and your plan

Your goals, history and results are reviewed together and an individualized plan is built around them. Your care and protocol are reviewed and overseen by licensed medical professionals, with treatment and prescribing decisions made by appropriately licensed providers. A member of the Vivo care team walks you through it and explains the reasoning.

04

Pharmacy and delivery

Where a prescription is part of the plan, it is dispensed through vetted U.S. pharmacy partners, including appropriately licensed 503A and 503B compounding facilities where applicable.

05

Follow up and adjust

Repeat labs and check-ins on a schedule that fits your plan. Sometimes the right move is adding something, sometimes adjusting a dose, sometimes removing what is no longer needed.

Getting started

One onboarding fee, then care-team access while you are active.

Getting started with Vivo includes a $200 onboarding and initial consultation fee. Once you become an active Vivo patient by beginning your care through Vivo, ongoing consultations and care-team support are included at no additional charge while you remain active.

If you complete onboarding but do not begin care through Vivo, you are not an active patient. Consultations, lab work or care-team access after that point are quoted separately. Beyond that, we do not publish standardized pricing or medication menus, because treatment is individualized based on your evaluation, your labs and which services you actually need.
