Getting started is simple, and we'll guide you through each step:

1. Complete your intake form. You fill out our secure new patient intake form.
2. We reach out. You'll get an email, a text message and a phone call, as your communication choices allow, to confirm your interest.
3. Schedule an intake consultation. You'll talk with our intake team about the process, get your questions answered and arrange your blood work.
4. Complete your blood work. Use your own testing arrangements, or choose Vivo's at-home blood testing package.
5. Review your results. Once your results are in, a medical provider goes over them with you and talks through appropriate treatment options.
6. Stay connected through the Vivo app. The Vivo app is a convenient way to manage your care, including appointments, medication information, prescription refills, your subscription and messages with your medical team.

We start by getting to know you, reviewing your health history, and evaluating your blood work. Our licensed medical providers use that information to better understand your health and determine which treatments, if any, may be appropriate for you.

Your safety comes first, always. Before any treatment is recommended, a licensed medical provider reviews your health history and your blood work.

Every treatment has potential benefits, risks and limits. Your provider will talk them through with you in plain language, so you can decide with confidence. Follow-up appointments and repeat blood work help keep your care appropriate as your needs change.

And if a treatment isn't right for you, we'll tell you.

Your initial medical consultation is $200. After you complete the intake form, you pay a $200 medical consultation fee. Treatment pricing depends on the protocol your provider recommends, so you'll know what to expect before you decide anything.

You have two ways to handle your blood work:

Option one: arrange your own blood work. We give you the blood markers your provider needs. You can coordinate testing through your own physician, a laboratory or your insurance provider. Testing costs and insurance coverage vary.

Option two: Vivo's $500 at-home blood testing package. One price covers:

• The at-home blood testing kit and the associated testing
• Your $200 medical consultation
• A 10% discount on your prescribed treatment protocol

The $500 is the total. It is not $500 plus $200. Many people like this option because it brings your consultation and testing together in a single step, with the kit coming to you. Depending on your insurance and where you test, arranging your own blood work may cost more or less.
